WEVA Expo 2008

On August 18th to 21st, Daniel and his staff attended the Wedding and Event Associations Annual Expo in Orlando Florida.

Daniel was one of the presenters on opening night, to honor the WEVA members that passed the Merited Professional Videographers program.  Daniel and the MPV committee gave out the MPV pins to the recipients on opening night.

Daniel was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2003 so he had the honor of presenting this years 2008 Hall of Fame award to Chris Chibucous of Illinois.

 

Daniel taught the MPV certification program on Wednesday to a packed room.

WEVA International Expo 2009

Daniel S. Krieger will be attending the WEVA 2009 Expo in Orlando this September 14th -17th.  He will welcome in the Hall of Fame inductees on opening night, and the MPV recipient for this year.

He and his staff will spend 3 intense days in seminars learning advanced Video production techniques.  This is a must continuing education Expo that all videographers should attend.

This Sunday April 12, 2009 Daniel Krieger and his staff will be at Villa Lombardi’s and Lombardi’s on the Sound to take family and children’s photo’s with the Easter Bunny. Come o down for brunch or dinner from 11:00 – 4:00, reservations for brunch and dinner required, and take a photo with the easter Bunny.

Daniel and his assistant have been dressing up as Santa and Santa’s helper for small business holiday party’s, and his staff is taking the photos of him as Santa and his assistant as Santa’s helper with the couples and groups attending the parties..  The response has been overwhelming.

World Tour in Philadelphia

This past Sunday, October 21, 2007, Daniel and Tania attended the Blackmoor-Ziser seminar in Philadelphia. This seminar was in memory of Monte Zucker, the legend. Monte’s style was classic, and he spent most of his life teaching young photographers the proper way to light and pose individuals. Clay Blackmore, a deciple of Monte’s, taught the first half of the class, and the second half was devoted to retouching by world renowned Jane Connor Ziser.

Staff to attend the WEVA International 2007 Expo

On August 12, 2007 the staff at Daniel Krieger Photography and Video Productions Inc. attended the 4 day WEVA Expo in Las Vegas. This is an intense 4 day multi-seminar learning experience.

Daniel Krieger was one of the featured speakers, teaching Video Production techniques for the WEVA “Merited Professional Videographer” programs, written and video submission exams.

Daniel was inducted into the WEVA Hall of Fame in 2003 and presented the WEVA hall of Fame inductees for 2007, with their awards.

We came back with new and innovative ideas to improve our productions.

Continuing Education

Daniel Krieger and his staff attended the David Robin Films, seminar in King of Prussia, Pa. on April 17, 2007. This intense 8 hour seminar with world renowned filmmaker David Robin was geared to creating event videos that are extra ordinary. David Robin has received the WEVA Creative Excellence Award 23 times, and has been inducted into the WEVA Hall of Fame. The information gained from this continuing education seminar will help keep Daniel Krieger Photography and Video Productions, stretching for new and creative heights.

Daniel S. Krieger Photography & Video Productions Inc. was established by Dan Krieger in 1970. He has been inducted into the Wedding and Event Association International’s Hall of Fame and is the founder and president of The Association of Video Professionals in Long Island, NY.
Daniel has been a feature speaker at local associations in Manhattan, Hudson Valley and Connecticut, and spoken nationally at the yearly WEVA Expo Convention in Las Vegas. He is the driving force and current committee chairman, behind WEVA Internationals MPV certification program and teaches the program to applicants who want to attain Master Videographer status.
He is a charter member of WEVA International, has served in several capacities on the board of the Ethics, Public Relations and Special Awards Committees.
